    If you did a search before you posted this, you'd find the following:

    - Numerous locked threads (just like this one will be when I finish this post) on this same topic.

    - That this is NOT a new proposal, but has been proposed just about each time that a new session of the legislature is sitting!

    - That this bill is DOA and not worthy of more than a mild "keep an eye on it" reaction.
