Last fri I went to the gun store to purcase a nice Stag super varminter,
NICS check delayed. Went today to pick it up, DENIED!
I will appeal, but, can I still buy ftf?

Yes, you can still buy FTF. Assuming the denial wasn't justified

My biggest fear is that some scumbag has assumed my identity and is doing god knows what with it! BTW, this happened once before in 04!

So when this happens they just say denied with out any reasons?? Do you have anyway of calling and finding out the reason??
