Wow, that's a pretty definitive statement. Do you have any tech to back it up? Tech, not opinions.

FWIW, I own both a P99C and an M&P compact, both in 9mm. I have a Milt Sparks VM2 holster for the Walther, and I have a really nice IWB holster ordered for the M&P. I haven't shot the M&P yet, but I honestly can't see it replacing my Walther as my go-to carry gun.

I personally prefer the M&P. I had a Walther P99 and hated it. It didn't fit right in my hands regardless of which backstrap I used. I carry the M&P 40c everyday in a Comp-tac C.T.A.C holster and can't say enough about it. Its very comfortable and easily conceals regardless of what I'm wearing.

I shot both and i like the M&P a lot better. Both are good for the money i suppose, but i liked the way the M&P felt for me.

this one's an easy one... carry the one you shoot better with!

I personally prefer my P99 b/c of the AS trigger and find the "tail" on the rear of the M&P snags more on clothing.

P99c as 9mm, uncle mikes iwb size 12 opposite of your draw hand and use it in the small of your back. No printing at all. Example I,m right handed-left handed iwb so the grip is facing right-very comfortable, most times I forget about it.
    That was 2 weeks ago though, now it's a .357 mag. 340pd hiviz in the front pocket.Never happier.New philosophy,,,if I can't solve my problem w/ 5 shots what's 5(6) more gonna do unless it's a whole gang and then I'm dead anyway.
