The Mormons have their warts, as evidenced by a gentleman in Ogden last year, but they are extreme on self reliance, preparedness and firearms. And they CONTROL that state. For the better in this case.

Now the Mormon state beat all those non-Mormon, oath breaking states by an ocean. Utah is earning a negative Brady score probably. They are already ranked FIRST in the nation, along with Alaska and Arizona, with a zero grade.
Way to go Utah! Now make the measure into a law.

    2. Present the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act to your city, county, your town council, or your county commissioners. Various local governments around the country are already passing similar resolutions and ordinances. Local legislative action is a great way to strengthen a statewide campaign against 2nd Amendment violations

    Is this an option here?

They should be careful what they ask for. This bill (which I like) will be BO's justification for using DHS or other federal agencies to occupy these states. The logic being the local LEOs can't enforce the law, so the federal govt. has no choice but to move in to enforce federal law.

He might think he can , but that will be a line in the sand I doubt he's ready to cross.
