I don't have LTCs for everywhere I end up on vacation, I've survived.

I could if I absolutely had to, but being unarmed makes me uncomfortable. If I was in your shoes I'd probably buy a High Point to hold me over, then Armslist it when I got my guns back. With my luck the one night I go without a gun will be the night the SHTF.
I have to send my carry gun back to the manufacturer on Monday to get the night sights replaced, so for a week or 10 I'll be unarmed in public. Will keep the GP100 in the glove box, but it's not quite the same.

I never worry. I live in a red city, and I know the police will protect me. I know that they don't allow me to carry, because I am not as skilled as them, and I need to be protected from myself.
