Let's see those custom Remsport AR-15 and 1911
Just got my AR built at Remsport came out great
john was awesome built right in front of me in my specifications. Would definitely go there again everyone posted some pictures of custom work they have done. Here's mine.Last edited by illu51ons; 04-15-2012 at 09:23 PM.

Nice AR. I was at the shop picking up a 1911 frame when he was assembling the lower for your rifle.

Not much he can do about that, I guess. With the shape and length of the handguards the front sight is as forward as its going to get there, and from what I hear the Magpul sights can melt if put on the gasblock.
Yeah, not ideal - probably should go with a different front sight, but if he's happy with it....

A A2 style removable sight frame could be installed on the gas block, however the customer wanted tan folding sights.
I can do this any time or he can mail back the Magpul front sight and I will send him a removable sight for the gas block it will be black though.
Magpul sights will melt when used on a gas block. There is a warning out there about this and is most likely most Magpul pop-up sights are on back order.
