I drove by the store last Sunday. It was open.
I always saw the Lee's People moving stuff in to their new location in Amherst on the Same day.

If you're not aware our country is full of and run by morons, you're probably one of them.
When a politician says he's fighting for the soul of our country, think of it like the devil saying he's got a deal for you if you just sign on the line.

This is my update. I hope it helps someone.
This afternoon I finally set foot in that barren shop for the last time in my life after several trips out there to hear whatever the excuse or sob story of the day was.
Three weeks after he decided to drag things out even more by wanting to mail me a check and saying “I don’t have cash here” (You mean here, at this cash only business?) he had my money in his hand when I walked through the door. I did get my full deposit back (fortunately for me my receipt did not have a “restocking fee” stamp on it like some others).
I told Nick that I planned to tell everyone I know that is into shooting to stay away from Milford Firearms because of his business practices. He asked me, “Will that make you feel good? You got your money back.” I said yes, if I can prevent anyone from having to fight to get their money back for a product that was not delivered, it will certainly make me “feel good.”
The audacity it takes to ask after having this ongoing since February if I had to actually fight to get my money back is unbelievable, but he had to top that:
“Some people just like drama.”
At this point my head nearly exploded.
No phone, no credit/debit machine, no inventory, and nothing but excuses. You don’t get an F rating with the BBB by accident. I will relay my experience to everyone that will listen (some of us do follow through on our word, Nick).

What i find real irony is the better business bureau. He actually has an F rating!!! sorry caffenaited1, i did not believe it and checked.
i checked the guy on 101a , sportsman trading. he has no rating. with all the crap on him, i am amazed he has had less complaints. (as in 0 listed).
anyway good luck to you. i am glad you got your cash back.Last edited by 40 caliber; 05-07-2012 at 05:48 AM.
