Default Are there currently any .22LR/.410 combo guns on the market?

A buddy of mine and I used to shoot an M6 while out in the field for small game and assorted plinking. I'm looking for something to take backpacking as a trail rifle, and the .22LR/.410 combo seems ideal. However, a bunch of web searches reveal that there aren't any domestic production combo rifles around. Remington was reselling the Turkish MP94 up till 2008, but that looks like it. Am I missing something, and/or does anyone have advice on tracking down a good trail combo rifle? Cheers.

Never mind. I must have been wrong about the brand (not listed online). I'll look next time I'm there.

Not trying to derail or anything, but if someone finds one, can you post a link? .22x2 = .44(from a strictly mathematical perspective) so I don't understand how one could chamber a rifle to fire .410 and a round that is almost half it's diameter without swapping bolt and barrel.

Is it in bad taste to quote yourself? Don't care, this is funny!

Two barrels. Double barrelled setup. They also make three-barreled specimens called "drillings". Go a googling - nifty little genus of firearms.

Same principal as the M6, just hopefully not as rare and expensive.

Might be able to fine a used Savage 24. Or consider a Thompson Contender or Encore.
