Perfectly fine. There is no law prohibiting it.
You may have a hard time finding a range that will let you use it. But if you have private property to shoot on, it looks like a lot of fun.
When you buy one, they include a letter they got from the ATF saying that it is NOT a NFA regulated item.
The logic is that the gun still fires only 1 shot for each pull of the trigger. The stock just helps you to pull the trigger really REALLY fast.

Cool thanks, now i will need to get a 5.56/223 upper, have spare lower aready. not going to put it on my 6.8spc,would love to post pic. but can't figure that out. Thanks,dcmdon
