Nashua NH F&G Mid Range Prone Match this Saturday 8/18 Anyone???
There is a NRA Approved Mid Range Prone Match this Saturday at Nashua Fish and Game.
There is a class to fit almost any / all rifles from 20" Service Rifles to Full blown F Class.
The only exceptions would be M4's , ak47's etc that aren't really practical neyond 300 yards.
(no 55gr ammo allowed. 62gr has proven to barely hold paper as well. recomend quality ammo)
All shooters / rifles are welcome to shoot as long as all shots can be kept on paper.
This is a good opportunity for the Appleseed shooters or anyone that doen't get the opportunity to shoot at longer distances that wants to test their rifle & skills from the prone position at 300, 500 and 600 yards.
Anyone other than the regulars that shoot these matches interested?
(Of course the regulars are welcome too... :-)

No Takers or interest???
This is a great opportunity for Appleseed shooters that typically shoot at reduced targets to shoot full distance.
I see alot of people at gunshows buying Rem 700's and other quality rifles with nice scopes but we never see any of them at these matches.
These matches are intended to get people that own quality target rifles to get out and shoot them at distances further that 100 yards.
There will be shooters of all skill levels shooting.
Some people get complimented on great shooting but the rest of us are just there trying to improve.
If someone can keep the shots on paper but doesn't score high nobody will laugh or poke fun.
usually the opposite will happen and they will be offered assistance.
Nothing to be afraid of in signing up for these matches....
Same goes for our NHHPRL League matches.
Anyone here interested in this Saturdays 300 / 500 / 600 yard prone match???
You can shoot off a bipod or front and rear sandbags all day if you want to in this Saturdays match
