couple quick questions about obtaining a C&R FFL.

1. A FID holder is eligable for a C&R FFL right?(only 19)


2.When filling out the form, under section "9.", it says list the name of each owner/partner or other responsible person. I would be getting it just for myself. From what I understand, I would list my self as the owner, correct?

Thanks, just got my FID about three weeks ago and am looking to save some $$$

Yes you can, you just can't buy any hi-cap long arms or hand guns.

I am guessing I still can't order ammo threw the mail, correct?

Here in MA you can not mail order ammo from just about anywhere anyhow.

And also, if you do find one, DO NOT post it publicly. If the AG's office finds out, they will threaten the dealer into stopping their practice.
