I have heard they have not been approved yet by the AG. The AGs office seems to be taking issue to the trigger pull.

Although the S&W M&P .45 is now on the APPROVED ROSTER LIST we can't sell it in MA until the factory completes some compliance paperwork. We will let you know when we can sell it. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the S&W M&P45 is still on hold until the AG says its ok to sell. I have deposits on many of my in stock models. Update:

As everyone is well aware, the M&P45's are on hold. My distributor stated that it may be a long while before they are cleared. At this time, I'm no longer accepting deposits on them.
