Traveling in VT

I know you don't have to have a permit to carry in VT even if you are from out of state, but there is reference made to local ordinances regarding possesion.
I'm hoping to spend quite a few weekends in VT this year and was wondering if anyone was aware of local towns that aren't friendly.

Sorry I can't give any specific info but I spend a lot of time up in northern Vermont where my family owns land and I have never had even an inkling of anti-gun feelings from anybody. This includes open carry in the woods (hiking and camping - just be careful of parks not to sure about those), and CCW in public. When all else fails I just keep it concealed.
