This is cool stuff. What will be your policy when people wish to bring in stripped frames on non-compliant guns via 4473 without FA-10? Will you be one of those dealers who voluntarily treats a stripped frame/lower as it were a complete gun, or will you choose not to file the not required FA-10?My operation will be dedicated to fulfilling orders for Massachusetts EOPS and AG compliant guns for my NRA pistol students and those seeking additional firearms instruction.Check out the USPSA Northeast Section at www.uspsa-ne.org, and the USPSA nationals site at www.uspsa.org
